Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. While we offer featured collections, we can also customize colors, florals, balloons, and styling details to match your vision and event theme.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons. Some weekends and popular collections book quickly.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We offer delivery, setup, installation, and teardown depending on the event and rental package selected.

Can I pick up rentals myself?

Some smaller rentals and grab-and-go balloon garlands may be available for pickup. Larger installations and floral setups typically require delivery and setup.

Are faux florals a good alternative to fresh florals?

Absolutely. Faux florals stay beautiful throughout your entire event with no wilting or weather concerns. They are also reusable, cost effective, and great for creating large statement installations.

Can you work within my budget?

Yes. We believe beautiful events should feel accessible at every level. We are happy to recommend options that fit your style, priorities, and budget.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Northeast Indiana and surrounding areas, but travel may be available depending on the event location.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We understand accidents can happen. Any significant damage or missing rental items may result in additional replacement fees outlined in your rental agreement.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and begin the design process.

Can I mix pieces from different collections?

Definitely. Many clients mix elements from multiple collections to create a custom look that feels unique to their event.
